Brussels City Tour
Explore Brussels from Matonge to Mont des Arts under a new light. Our guide, François Makanga, will immerse you in the city’s history, seen through the eyes of Africa, from the era of Leopold II to the independence of Congo.
You will not only visit and learn about Brussels historical centre and monuments but will also broaden your knowledge on the postcolonial history of Congo and Belgium as well as the role of Congolese women in this history.

We need to look after them well and tune them after the long hours of playing and dancing 🎶
Thus, during the Blues Remix weekend, we have two different sessions for you with two amazing trainers and we guarantee you a precise soundcheck for your bodies with them:

Both sessions on Saturday and Sunday will be the fresh starters for your fun day activities 😊

Blues music, often associated with male musicians, overlooks the significant contributions of women pioneers. However, throughout history, women have played a crucial role in shaping Blues and Jazz. In this study, we’ll spotlight these unsung heroines, sharing Eda’s three years of research. She’ll also showcase her collection of Blues Women vinyls, offering attendees the chance to discover new songs and artists. Get ready to be captivated by the untold stories and mesmerising sounds of these trailblazing women in Blues history.
Detective City Discovery Game
Would you like to discover Brussels in a different way? Do you like to play games?
Then join us for a Detective City Discovery Game throughout Brussels!
In teams of two we will try to catch a pair of fugitives using only busses, trams and metros. The fugitives on the other hand are trying to escape the detectives until the time runs out. It will be an afternoon full of strategizing, and discovering unique places. You will just need to show up with a valid transport ticket and a phone with mobile internet. We cannot promise anything, but you might just discover some hidden gems of Brussels!
